Have you noticed any features in imessage besides the new emojis....there was a glitch that apple admitted too. there seems to be a slight hesitation with the app bar above the keyboard when opening imessage sorta like a slight delay in opening have you noticed that???

I’ve just bought a iPhone 12 Pro and when I shut down my iPhone and boot it back up it flashes with the apple logo then ten seconds after I can use my phone just wanted to know if I need to get a new phone or is it something to do with iOS 14.4.1 as I’ve only had it for 2 days please respond thanks

I love beta 4 so much… My battery with my iPhone 11 doesn’t drained that much. Like it stays 99% when I got to bed until I wake up the next day😍.Unlike before, it will drain from 99% then when I wake up it becomes 97%. I know it’s not a lot but still just so happy with this bug fixed on my battery.

Apple hardware has improved but Apple Software has become complex to use and in many areas it has gone backwards, slowing use to several steps slower for a simple function. It is so bad I wonder if someone like Microsoft might be undermining Apple. I bought a new iPad Pro and I cannot use Publisher on it. That is my main App for work. Steve Jobs got it right Apple works well when the hardware and software work seamlessly. He used the KISS principle, Keep It Simple Stupid. Instead so short cuts we now get confusing options. For example I urgently need to take a photo: Tap screen, As I am typing my keyboard froze, AM-posts or Apple? Where is Apple’s AM-posts App that works? Change iPads, keep typing, Tap screen, press camera, and get 6 choices, take a photo is not one of them The photo opportunity is lost. It seems I held the App button too long. I say stupid programmers. The camera used to open to those choices, I could just shoot or make the change, unnecessary duplication. If this happens in bright sunlight you are stuffed. Apple rarely gives operating instructions. Trial and error can be a total disaster, wiped that memory clean, Oops! There is nowhere to complain to Apple, they were getting too many emails. I have a great vision for Apple but there is no way to communicate with Apple. They are incommunicado.

Yes, they discontinue that many years ago now. Even though it was there, you really should be using iCloud photos as that works much better

Apple finally ruined my battery life on iOS 13.7. Probably their tactic. I reset my iPhone, updated apps. I’ll give it a week or so. If still same, I’ll update. I’m barely getting 10 hrs screen on now. Previously got 10-12 hrs screen on daily (with ease)

@zollotech I’ll probably buy the iPhone 13 pro max. Especially if they bring back Touch ID. Hoping Apple ups their battery game on the 13 series though. They need to with 120 hz display as this is very battery demanding. Hoping for 4,500 mah on the 13 pro max with iOS 15 would be a massive beast! Samsung has insane battery im hearing and Apple will need to step up their game. Not just small camera implementation.

Word of caution to those who would like to test out the beta version. I have updated my device (iPhone XS) to this latest beta software and it has rendered by camera useless. Black screen for both front and back Flash - not working as well Face ID - obviously affected Already submitted a feedback/report about this via the feedback app. Would like to know if anyone is also experiencing the same thing?

I have a purple flickering when using the night mode that appears between gray and pure black in settings i see this issue only in dark mode I change my iPhone 12 pro because this issue and I bought a new one and he have same issue is this software problem or hardware i can see this at normal brightness but not high brightness

Hi zollotech I am having problems activating my iMessage and FaceTime on my phone number I followed every procedure that other tech youtubers mentioned like reset my network settings, switching off my phone, removing sim and inserting it again, adjusting date and time , connected to cellular data while activating and my phone is updated with latest software btw it is iPhone 12 pro max but in spite following all this instructions I am unable to activate it. I even called my service provider to check whether there was any issues related with the service or sim they said there is no problem but there must be software issue or a bug within the iOS which is preventing me from activating on my phone number though it was activated on my Apple ID. I was also able to activate on my old iPhone5 but it's not getting activated on my new iPhone. Can you raise this issue or contact Apple developers before another update is launched.

Having touch screen interactivity issues with Apple Watch SE. and most recent beta install. I use a protector and have to disassemble watch and and screen protector, give a thorough clean and reassemble before functionality returns.

I’m not sure about the exposure notifications. But with my iPhone X from before running 14.2, I already had the ability to get the exposure notification app in app store through the settings and with the link to open it in appstore. I’m from the Philippines. I’m in 14.4.1 but I still have it. I’m on iPhone 11 now and “show in app store” is still there. So this isn’t a new feature.

I have no issues with this beta, only the grey flicker or raised blacks still present on video playback in some scenes.. but Aaron i hear you about the issue with touch and crashes, it is weird, cos i have it installed on 3 iphone 12 pro max and nobody have these issues, if it's too buggy for you maybe try reinstall via finder with the correct IPSW files... and a backup.

The most buggy thing I have experienced is iMessage. Its is not syncing across devices like it is supposed to. If I view messages on my phone, I have to clear the messages from my iPad and watch individually . It is annoying to have to go though that. I can't say if this is a beta issue or something wrong with iMessage server at Apple. Let me know if there is a solution to this.

I have a question.... if I may... I daily synch my iPhone and Ipads with iTunes on a Windows 10 PC... I have always been able to SEARCH in my (synchronised) calendars on all my Apple mobile devices (all using English as the language)... since 14.4.x I cannot SEARCH anymore... yearly/recurring events do not show up... only a few "normal" events are shown... Do you happen to have an answer to this... Thanks for all your GREAT videos which I watch in the Netherlands.... they're of great help and give me super information! Looking forward to the final release. 14.4.1 has been stable on my 12 Pro Max, so I can wait for Apple to finish polishing this update. As long as I'm not having any issues, I want Apple to take the time needed to polish their updates, so their OS doesn't constantly feel like it's constantly in beta, and not fully finished.
